Artistic Cutters

Paula Whitley has been cutting hair for nearly two decades and she has even taught others how to do it. Paula spent five years as an educator, teaching stylists the art of corrective color and texture. In 2001 she was ranked one of the top 20 educators. Paula prefers to do natural looking hair color and highlights. “I can cut thin, fine hair to make it look and feel thicker,” explains Paula, “and I can cut and texturize thick, wavy hair to reduce bulk.” You can find Paula at Artistic Cutters Tuesday through Friday from 8am to 2:30pm.
